Happy New Year

We want to wish everyone a happy and prosperous New Year here is to 2010. Last night was the first time I was awake for the New Year in a very long time. I had my braces tightened and then Lynn and I bought some things to have a party at home with five of the kids. Aubré went to her second dance and we went shoe shopping with her. That took quite a while. We brought home pizza,cheese and crackers for our party. We also bought some movies, Guys and Dolls and a four pack of children's movies. We watched Guys and Dolls, 5 children and it, and the Witches. Some of the children were quite frightened by the Witches probably should have saved it for another time.

Diary Entry from 12/30/09

Someting I forgot!
I was remembering a night a few weeks ago. I was woken up by some
strange noises in the attic. I tried to ignore it but the noises kept
on, so I decided to go see what it was. As I stepped out of my room
there was Adolf our cat poking its head out of the door to the boys
old room in the attic. I reached for him and he ran back up in the
room. I was too tired to chase him so I went back to bed. Just as I
was getting comfortable the cat began meowing like he was going to
die. So I got up and went out to put the cat outside. Just as I walked
out of my room Daniel walked out of his room, I was relived so he
could climb the rock wall and get the cat. Daniel looked up at the cat
then at me and said "that is not my fault, I did not leave that cat in
here!" Just as I was about to say go get the cat Daniel turned and
went back to bed and ignored all my protests. So I had to climb the
rock wall bare foot and get that cat and put it back outside.

My Stoger P350

We recently bought a stoger p350. It is a 12 ga shotgun. We bought it to shoot clay pigeons. Here we are using the gun.

Benjamin's Baptism

We are at the sage building for Benjamin's baptism. It was a good experience for us. Dave was there with his new wife and his parents. I think that it was a good experience for them also.

Flock Browser

I am trying out a new internet browser called Flock. It is based on the mozilla framework so it is like Firefox (my browser of choice for going on ten years now).  The difference of Flock is it is links to all my social media sites. So I have my twitter feed and Facebook feed on a side bar.  There is also a blog editor thus the blog post.  So far it has worked quite well and the social media is a nice addition to a browser.
